Huawei based Honor is all set to launch 6X smartphone in India on 24 January 2017. While the Honor 6X was launched in China with dual camera on rear. Which is also a main attracting feature of the device. From China price aspect it seems like that the 6X going to be a mid-ranger phone. It is also to be clear that which variant will launch in India.
The phone was launched in China in three variants and all these model is priced with different tag. First 3GB RAM / 32GB internal storage is cost for CNY 999 (around Rs. 9,999), 4GB RAM / 32GB onboard storage is priced for CNY 1,299 (around 12,900 INR). The final one 4GB RAM with 64GB device storage is priced at CNY 1,599 (roughly around Rs. 15,800).
The phone was launched in Silver, Gold, Gray, Blue and Rose Gold colors. The smartphone patches a Honor logo on is back and front as well alongside it also includes round shaped fingerprint scanner on back panel. The 6X comes with 5.5-inch full HD IPS display and supports screen resolution of 1080 × 1920 pixels. It also delivers a 2.5D curved glass.
From specifications view, it runs a custom EMUI 4.1 OS which is based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The device inside is powered by eight cores (4 cores 2.7GHz + 4 cores 1.7 GHz) kirin 655 octa-core processor. The Honor 6X has its own storage as mentioned above and further its expandable memory is up to 128GB via card.
The handset is dual-SIM compatible and further supports 4G and VoLTE connectivity as well as Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.1, A-GPS and even more. When it comes to optic department, the phone rocks dual camera on its rear in capsule shaped. Which that includes 12-megapixel sensor in one with PDAF and another sports 2MP sensor. The Huawei Honor 6X offers an 8-megapixel front selfie camera. It is backed by a 3340mAh battery which supports fast charging. It weighs at 162 grams out of the box.
